From first idea to final product.
Every engagement, from a single piece to ongoing support, runs on the same three steps. Here's exactly what working together looks like.
Listen
Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a contract. We talk about what you're trying to do, who it's for, what's worked, and what hasn't. You talk. We take notes.
- A short intake call or email exchange
- A written summary of goals and constraints
- A clear, fixed-scope proposal with one price
Sharpen
We turn what we heard into a direction: the message, the look, and the plan. You see drafts early instead of a big reveal at the end, and we refine together until it's right.
- Concepts and drafts shared as they develop
- Structured review and revisions
- Clear approval points so nothing stalls
Ship
Files delivered, print coordinated, posts scheduled, vendors confirmed. You get everything organized and labeled, plus a walkthrough so your team can run with it.
- Final files in every format you need
- Print and vendor coordination handled
- A handoff session so nothing is a mystery
Three ways to work together.
Project
One defined piece of work: a launch, an event, an identity. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date.
Retainer
Ongoing support across strategy, content, and production. A set block of time each month, prioritized with you.
Build & Hand-off
We build the system, train your team, and step away. Templates, calendar, and guidelines stay with you.
The practical questions.
How fast can we start?
Availability changes. If you have a hard deadline, event date, or launch, tell us up front and we'll tell you honestly whether the timing is workable.
How is pricing structured?
Project work is quoted as one fixed price before we start, with scope and deliverables defined in writing. Retainers are a flat monthly fee. You'll always know the number before you commit.
Who will I actually work with?
Amanda, directly. Strategy, design, writing, and coordination all come from one desk, so nothing gets lost between departments. There are no departments.
What do you need from us?
A clear decision-maker, access to any existing brand files, timely feedback, and honesty about budget and constraints.
